Author Terms of Service

1. You agree that you are the original author of each article you submit. If you have hired a ghost writer, you agree that you have exclusive rights to each article you submit.

2. There are no guarantees that your articles will be accepted for publication in our directory. It is at our sole discretion whether or not to include your articles. If published, we reserve the right to remove any articles at any time.

3. One link allowed in Bio ONLY.

4. Article must be more than 600 words

5. Desscription body must be 150-300 or more words.

6. Must post articles for approval in the correct category.

7. If Articles do not contain just one link, or has less than 300 words in description, or less than 600 words in body of article, or there are links in the article itself, they will be deleted with no warning.

8. Articles must be informative, useful and unique.

9. We reserve the right to choose a more suitable category for your articles if we find them to be classified wrong. NOTE: Instructions for recommending a new category name are at the top of the Article Submission page.

10. By submitting your articles to www.Articles.Ask-Me-About.com, you agree to allow us to: Publish your article on www.Articles.Ask-Me-About.com and any of its article directory partners. Publish your article in RSS format for other web sites to syndicate. Publish your article in our real time, daily, or weekly newsletters.

11. You agree that www.Articles.Ask-Me-About.com is a free service for authors and publishers. You will not be paid for submitting your articles to our sites.

12. You agree to not include any affiliate links in the body of your article. If you are trying to promote an affiliate program, please set up your own domain and link to it in your resource box.

13. www.Articles.Ask-Me-About.com may at any time translate your article into various languages for our sister sites. Your article will remain complete with your resource box.

14. We reserve the right to change these terms of service at any time. We will generally notify the community of changes via our site blog.

15. We reserve the right to include advertising on any pages on this site including pages that display your articles.

Publisher Terms of Service

3. You must not change, edit, or reword any part of any article not written by you.

4. You must agree to keep hype- links "live" so that users can click on said link and be taken to it's destination.

5. You agree to never use any articles obtained from www.Articles.Ask-Me-About.com in any form of Spam or unsolicited mail or email.
6. You agree to not publish any articles on sites that contain hate, racist, warez, porn, or any other illegal material.

7. You agree to never sell any article obtained from our directory without written consent from the author. This includes selling articles individually or in a compilation.

   Disclaimer You agree to not hold www.Articles.Ask-Me-About.com liable in any form or matter. www.Articles.Ask-Me-About.com is simply a repository for authors and publishers. If you have an issue with someone plagiarizing/stealing your original work, however, please contact us and we will remove the article in question immediately upon proof of copyright followed by a payment of $150.00 payable by paypal as form of damages due to loss of revenue casued by removing the post. If you can prove that the document was not copied from our site first before being placed on the site in question please provide the information. Note: Articles.ask-about.com will require proof of copyright based on previous dates and URL's where the article in question was previously published by you.
